1. General Information
All items sold on this website are handmade with care. Due to the nature of handmade products, slight variations in color, size, or texture may occur and are part of what makes each piece unique.
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
2. Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Payment is due at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment has been received in full.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or errors in pricing or product information.
3. Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Processing times may vary due to the handmade nature of our products. Estimated shipping times are provided for convenience but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
4. Returns & Exchanges
I am happy to help if something isn’t quite right. Please reach out to ateliergalaxia@protonmail.com if you wish to request an exchange or return if it meets the conditions outlined below:
Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer for any items eligible for return.
For orders made by customers outside of Montréal, returns must be sent by mail with tracking to ensure safe delivery. The tracking number
If it’s easier, we’re happy to email you a return shipping label (the cost will be deducted from your refund).
In-person return requests are welcome, after your return request is approved, you may come to the studio in person in Montreal (5333 Ave. Casgrain, Montreal, QC)
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Because custom pieces are made just for you, custom or personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to me as soon as possible with photos so we can make it right. Please send an email to ateliergalaxia@protonmail.com.

Custom or personalized items are made specifically for you and are final sale. These items are not returnable, exchangeable, or refundable.

All content on this website, including photos, designs, logos, text, and graphics, is the property of this business and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

We are not responsible for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products. All products are provided “as is” and are intended for their stated use only.
